General Rules & Guidelines

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: After 12:00 AM
Check-out time: 11:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Visitors
All visitors must register at the Front Desk.
Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight.

Room Key
Only one key per room will be provided.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their room key.
Lost or damaged keys may be subject to a replacement charge.
7.
Safety & Security
Do not leave valuables unattended.
Please use the in-room safe where available or the central safe box at the reception.
The hotel is not responsible for valuables left unsecured in guest rooms.

Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved by hotel management.

Non-Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms, balconies, and indoor public areas.
Guests may use designated outdoor smoking areas.

Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM to respect the comfort of other guests.

Hotel Property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
Charges will be applied for lost, damaged, or missing items.

Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities, gambling, possession of prohibited substances, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
10.
Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping service is available during designated hours from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
For room cleaning, please hang the "Clean My Room" sign on your door.
Please display the "Do Not Disturb" sign if you do not wish to be disturbed.
Room Appliance Instructions
Turn the heater ON/OFF using the power switch.
Keep clothes, towels, paper, and other items away from the heater.
Do not cover the heater while it is operating.
Turn off the heater when leaving the room or before sleeping, if not needed.
If you notice any unusual smell, smoke, or malfunction, please contact Reception immediately.

Use the power button to switch the fan ON/OFF.
Adjust the speed as needed.
Keep fingers and objects away from the fan blades.
Do not use the fan with wet hands.
Turn off the fan when leaving the room.
